Doris Jean Harrup Westbrook, age 79, of Waverly passed away peacefully on July 21, 2017 with her family by her side. She lived her life devoted to her family. Doris Jean worked many years as a clerk at Sussex County General District Courthouse. She was a member of Waverly United Methodist Church and was loved by all who knew her.

Irving Butch White, 68, passed away in his home October 4th 2016. He was predeceased by his wife, Laverne; parents, Florence and Irving J. White and brother, Billy Ray White. He was cherished by his daughters Laura and Paula and his sister and brother Ruby and Jerry. He was dearly loved by his grandsons, Johnathon and Daniel Jr. and wife Erica and great granddaughters, Nailani and Kataleya. He owned White's Body Shop. Rita F. Marzolf age 86, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away peacefully August 5th in Suffolk, Virginia. Born August 1, 1930 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Louis and Marie Favret. She graduated from St. Mary of the Springs Academy in 1948. Rita received her B.S. in Home Economics Education in 1952 at The Ohio State University. She worked as a Private Duty Nurse and Substitute Teacher. Rita attended Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Furman University OLLI Program. She loved swimming, playing golf, and painting.
