Amy, I am stunned and very sad to hear about Thierry. He was a great guy who loved you, Sarah and his country. Have prayed and will continue to pray for both of you. I wish I could come to the events this week to celebrate his life, but we moved to Ohio in Aug to be close to our granddaughter (and her parents!). Always enjoyed working with Thierry and talking to him about both of you and his favorite hobby. May God comfort both of you and hold you close.

Thierry was a great friend and even better husband and father. He was one of my closest friends. I sure will miss our hunting and fishing trips, sampling his delicious beer and most of all our deep discussions and studying God's Word with him on Monday nights. Thierry was as genuine as they come. He will be deeply missed by many. My heart mourns for his lovely wife Amy and daughter Sarah. But, I know with out a shadow of a doubt that he is with Jesus and that we have the assurance through Christ that we will one day see him again. I love you brother! Until we meet again.

Our son had called us about Thierry passing away. Our hearts break thinking what you and Sarah are going through. You and your family are in our prayers.

. I was saddened to hear that Thierry has gone home so young. He was truly a nice man and his relaxed manner very comforting when life got a bit crazy at work. I will always remember that about him.
I know it's not possible for us to know how you must be feeling,. I just hope how much we cared about Thierry and still do for you and the rest of his family, might give a wee bit of comfort.

Dear Amy and Sarah,

I am so, so saddened by learning just now of Thierry's untimely passing. Thierry was one of those remarkably likeable persons we rarely have the good fortune to meet and work with in the course of our lives...but when we do, we know immediately that he will be a cherished and faithful friend to us forever.

I simply cannot express deeply enough my sorrow for your loss. Thierry departed this world far too early, but he lived his life here as an extraordinary husband, dad, patriot, champion, and leader. We were all very blessed by God to have had him in our lives for the too few, but joyous, years that we did. Please accept our most sincere sympathies.
