Janice C. Hollowell, 74, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Reba Chappell.

Mrs. Hollowell was a loving wife and champion and a sweet friend. She loved her family and flowers.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Julian “Duke” Hollowell; children, Melissa Oskoian of Florida, Karen Arnold of Alabama and Carmen Hollowell of Smithfield, VA; four grandsons, Arron, Bradon, Kaden, Logan and two granddaughters, Seira and Celena.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 2, 2021 at 3 PM with Rev. John Corson officiating at Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 6350 Center Dr Suite 102, Norfolk, VA 23502. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory 509 W.
