To the Family of Howard V. Holland Jr. -- I will always remember the good times and the "patience" of Howard Jr. & Ellis when Cathy & I were younger and "talked & giggled" all thru the night during our childhood stayovers at the Holland household. Mr. Holland never uttered an unkind word or reprimand even though he had to get up way before daylight to farm his land and tirelessly contribute to his family and community. I know he will be extremely missed; howeverI also know he is still with us in spirit and continues to be there for his family friends and his community. Find comfort in the truth that he no longer suffers and is indeed in a better place where he can still watch over all of you. Love Patsy Cathy's Friend Forever!

Ellis and family you have my heartfelt sympathy in the loss of Howard Jr. I remember many times of visiting your home with my parents Allen and Lula. Once again my sympathy and prayers are with you all.

We are so sorry for your loss. Please accept our belated condolences - we just recently heard the news. Although having never met Howard your tribute was very moving and demonstrated thoughtfully what a complete man he was.
