Brian Keith Carr, 49, of Suffolk, VA was called to his eternal home on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. He was the second son of the late Roland Larry Carr.

He was a 100% disabled veteran of the U.S Navy, serving 18 years. He suffered lung problems being placed on full-time oxygen recently. He was a graduate of Tidewater Temple and Liberty University.

He is survived by his four children, Adam Lee Carr of Hampton, VA, Jacob Scott Carr of Hampton, VA, Noah Riley Carr of VA Beach and Hannah Nicole Rae Carr. He is also survived by his mother, Paige Mosely and stepfather, Phillip Mosley; as well as two brothers, Matthew Scott Carr and Daniel Lee Carr, along with his long-time love, Jennifer Disharoon.

A graveside service will be held in the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veteran Cemetery with Pastor Steven Kennedy and Dr. Yoho officiating on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 2 PM. Visitation will be held in the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory on Monday, January 18, 2021 from 6 to 7:30 PM. Condolences may be registered at RWBakerFH.com.
