Mark Steven Baker, 52, died February 19, 2020. He was the son of the late Maggie and Kenneth Ray Baker.

Mark enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and riding four wheelers. He formally worked at King’s Fork Diesel.

He is survived by his sister Brenda Copeland; niece Shannon Lambaiso (Brandon); and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joe is survived by his wife of twenty years, Mary Frances Cogliandro Balsamo; his sons David C. Balsamo (Leigh-Anne) and Joseph A. Balsamo (Stephanie); his grandchildren: Michah, Sasha, Hope and Bella; his sister Ann Balsamo Dwyer (Ham); his brother Lawrence C. Balsamo (Karen); and nieces and nephews, as well as many relatives by marriage.

The Lord’s heavenly Kingdom gained a precious angel on February 16, 2020, when Janet Ruth Francis Gerecz was called home, following a decline in her health. She passed away peacefully at the home of her dearest friend, who was like a daughter to her, Angela Crawford and her husband William Crawford, Sr.

Born in Marion, VA on June 30, 1945, to the late Walter E. Francis and Lute Catron Francis. Janet was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Lieutenant Louis C. Gerecz, Jr., whom she loved dearly and her brother, Joseph E Francis.
