Garland and Dianne, I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was such a special lady. I was very fond of her, as well of your late Dad. You were so lucky to have her for such a long time.

Gail. I am so sorry to read this. Grandmothers are a special person in our lives and when they are called home, it leaves a hole in our hearts. But remember, that hole has a special little place In it where all the beautiful memories will be held. So when you are sad, reach into that hole and pull out one of those memories that will make you smile. That's what she would want you to do. Love to you little girlie and bless your broken heart.

Diane & Steve, Garland & Families,
(I typed this in last night but checked tonight and didn't see it so i'm retyping!!! Hope you don't receive it twice!!)
just want to express my sincere sympathy to you all. I am so glad to have gotten to be friends with your mom and to have at least met both her children!! She was such a blessing and I so enjoyed visiting and calling her. Thurman had her down to a "T" today - with her sweet spirit he mentioned. I loved that letter she had written for her ss class - how sweet that class is - always saw them at wendys on sundays and they were so cute - one would go up and get them all a free frosty after they ate!! Seniors are the best!!! I know she will be missed by so many and Diane & Steve I know it's extra hard on ya'll having taken her under your wings these last 3 months - again as Thurman mentioned "Diane - followed in her moms footsteps of caregiving" - I also wanna especially thank Diane and Steve for putting up with my questions and keeping me informed and allowing me to call and talk to Annie Mae at their house too!!! So appreciative!! love & hugs to all
